Jindal Hotels has informed that the Trading Window (for sale, purchase and dealing in Company's Equity Shares) will remain closed from Friday, 1st July, 2022 for all designated persons as defined under the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Financial Results of the 1st Quarter of FY 2022-23 ended on 30th June, 2022 by the Board of Directors in upcoming Board Meeting.
