Kranti Industries has informed that as per Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company, including their immediate relatives from July 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2022.
