Enkei Wheels (India) has informed, as per the Code of Conduct of the Company (Amended) under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 (Amended) to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Directors, Designated Employees and other connected persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Accordingly, all the Directors, Designated Employees and other connected persons of the Company have been communicated not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
