Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nahar Polyfilms has informed that it has received intimation regarding loss of share certificates. The Company shall issue him duplicate share certificate on completion of all formalities under the law. In the meantime any member having a claim in respect of the above mentioned shares should lodge such claim with the Company within 15 days from the date of this letter.
