Indo Rama Synthetics (India) has informed that as per the Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said Code of the Company with effect from Friday, 1st July 2022 and will end 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2022. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2022 will be intimated in due course.
