Eicher Motors’ JV reports over 2-fold jump in sales in June 2022

Eicher Motors and Volvo Group joint venture (JV) company -- VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) has reported over 2-fold jump in sales at 6307 units in June 2022. The company had sold 2438 units in the same month last year.

Eicher branded trucks and buses sales were at 5584 units in June 2022 as compared to 1760 units in the year-ago month, a growth of 3-fold. Volvo trucks and buses sales were at 122 units as against 68 units in June 2021.

Eicher Motors is an India-based company, which is engaged in manufacturing automobile products and related components. The company operates in business verticals, including motorcycles, commercial vehicles and personal utility vehicles.
