Pursuant to company’s Code of Conduct, to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company (‘Balkrishna Code’), Balkrishna Industries has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated persons covered under the Code from 1stJuly, 2022 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 becoming generally available information. Accordingly, all Designated Persons covered under the Code have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
