Tree House Education & Accessories has received all the necessary approvals for the business purchase agreement (BPA) entered with MT Educare and the transaction has now been concluded.
Earlier the company had entered into a BPA with MT Educare for the purchase of Play School Business of MT Educare including all the rights and liabilities relating to the play school division, assets, intellectual property rights and all ancillary and consequential rights arising there from. The company had entered into an agreement on October 25, 2012.
