Dhanlaxmi Fabrics has received an approval for the scheme of arrangement relating to demerger of the company. The board at its meeting held on January 08, 2013 has approved for the same.

The demerged units as per the scheme will be resulting into three companies namely viz. Dhanlaxmi Realty and Infra, Dhanlaxmi Textile and Dhanlaxmi Power.
