Crompton Greaves Consumer has received approval to raise Rs 325 crore through issuance of listed, secured, rated, redeemable, Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs) having face value of Rs 10 lakh each on Private Placement basis. The Committee of Debentures of the Company at its meeting held on July 4, 2022 has approved the same.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals manufactures and markets a wide spectrum of consumer products ranging from fans, light sources and luminaires, pumps and household appliances, such as geysers, mixer grinders, toasters and irons.
