Gulf Oil Lubricants India has informed that the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, KFin Technologies is in receipt of proper documents from shareholders or their legal heir in respect of their request for issuance of duplicate share certificates and the same has been approved by the Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Company on 05th July 2022. Accordingly, in compliance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25 January 2022, a Letter of Confirmation in lieu of the original share certificate will be issued to the aforesaid shareholders within the prescribed timelines.
