KPR Mill trades with traction on acquiring entire equity shares of Jahnvi Motor

KPR Mill is currently trading at Rs. 138.00, up by 1.40 points or 1.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 136.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 138.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 138.50 and Rs. 135.50 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 148.00 on 31-Oct-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 75.20 on 18-May-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 142.90 and Rs. 133.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 520.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.95% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.97% and 16.09% respectively.

K.P.R. Mill has purchased the entire equity shares in Jahnvi Motor, Coimbatore that holds the ‘Audi’ car sales and service dealership. Pursuant to this the said company has become the wholly owned subsidiary of K.P.R Mill.

K.P.R. is a leading garment exporter as well as a largest vertically integrated apparel company, engaged in manufacturing and marketing readymade knitted garments, knitted fabrics and cotton yarn.
