Atul’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Atul Finserv (AFL) has acquired 100% equity shares of Atul Aarogya (AAaL), Atul Entertainment (AEL) and Atul Hospitality (AHL), (herein after referred to as 'the Group Companies'), from their other existing shareholders and consequently the Group Companies became step down wholly-owned subsidiary companies of the Company. The Group Companies were associate companies of the Company. To streamline group structure, equity shares held by certain other group companies in the Group Companies were acquired by AFL.
Atul operates through six business divisions, namely, Agrochemicals, Aromatics, Bulk Chemicals & Intermediates, Colors, Pharmaceuticals & Intermediates and Polymers.
