Tata Motors hikes prices of passenger vehicles

Tata Motors has hiked prices of its passenger vehicles. A weighted average increase in price of 0.55% will come into effect starting July 9, 2022, across the range, depending upon the variant and model.

The company has taken extensive measures to absorb significant portion of the increased input costs. However, to offset the residual impact of the accumulated increase in input costs, it is passing on a minimized price hike.

Tata Motors is India’s largest automobile company. Through subsidiaries and associate companies, Tata Motors has operations in the UK, South Korea, Thailand, South Africa and Indonesia. Among them is Jaguar Land Rover, the business comprising the two iconic British brands.
