Global financial services firm Nomura Singapore has bought 12.5 lakh shares of BLS International Services for Rs 27 crore through an open market transaction. According to bulk deal data available with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Nomura Singapore bought 12,50,000 shares of the company at an average price of Rs 214 apiece, aggregating to Rs 26.75 crore.
BLS International Services is a part of the four decades old BLS Group with a global presence and diversified range of services in polymers and petrochemicals, education, electronics, asset management, visa processing and management consulting.
