Rail Vikas Nigam’s (RVNL) consortium -- RVNL-SP Singla Constructions has been awarded Letter of Acceptance (LoA) by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on July 11, 2022 regarding construction of 4 laning of NH-5 from Kaithlighat to Shakral Village (Shimla Bypass Package I: from Km 128.835 to Km 146.300 for Design Length = 17.465 km) in Himachal Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode. The total estimated cost of the project is Rs 1844.77 crore.
