The undersigned hereby submits the update that on the date of hearing dated 04.07.2022 Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench has passed the reserved order in respect to the application for approval of Resolution Plan, in terms of IBC, 2016, which has already been passed by the committee of the creditors with 100% voting Rights in favour of resolution plan.
