ZF Steering Gear’s wholly owned subsidiaries namely DriveSys Systems and NexSteer Systems have been allotted industrial land by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), Nashik, in MIDC industrial area situated at Supa Parner Industrial Park in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. Both the companies have accepted terms and conditions for the proposed allotment and are in a process to complete formalities for acquisition of the industrial land.
Earlier, on April 21, 2022 and June 23, 2022 the company had incorporated these two wholly owned subsidiaries to acquire industrial land.
ZF Steering Gear (India) is primarily engaged in the business of production & assembling of steering systems for vehicles, buses and tractors.
