Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has received approval to raise Rs 600 crore through secured, rated, listed, redeemable, Non- Convertible Debenture (NCDs) on Private Placement basis. The board of directors at its meeting held on July 15, 2022 has approved the same.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals manufactures and markets a wide spectrum of consumer products ranging from fans, light sources and luminaires, pumps and household appliances, such as geysers, mixer grinders, toasters and irons.
