Oberoi Realty reports over 4-fold jump in Q1 consolidated net profit

Oberoi Realty has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2022.

The company has reported 4- fold jump in its net profit at Rs 196.70 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 46.19 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported over 3- fold jump at Rs 403.65 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 110.65 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported over 4-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 403.08 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 80.63 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported 3- fold jump at Rs 934.81 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 294.77 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
