Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nahar Poly Films has informed that the company has received intimation regarding loss of share certificates, as per the details attached. The company shall issue him duplicate share certificate on completion of all formalities under the law. In the mean-time any member having a claim in respect of the mentioned shares should lodge such claim with the Company within 15 days from the date of this letter.
