Filatex Synthetics has ceased to be the subsidiary of Filatex India with effect from December 16, 2012. The company had incorporated its subsidiary company 'Filatex Synthetics’ and registered it on March 09, 2012, with the ROC, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.
Filatex India is one of the pioneers in manufacturing Monofilament Yarns for Zippers, Tooth Brush Bristles, Velcro, Magic Fasteners and Forming Fabrics in India. All these products are import substitutes and are helping the country in saving precious foreign exchange.
