Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015 (Listing Regulations). In this connection, EIH has informed that Link Intime India- R&T Agent of the Company, has informed that they have received letters from shareholders regarding loss of share certificates. A copy of List sent by Link Intime India is attached for reference. Duplicate share certificate will be issued only on receipt of complete documents from the members as to indemnity etc. to the satisfaction of Stakeholders Relationship Committee and its final approval, within 30 days of such lodgments of complete documents.
