Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has raised Rs 600 crore through Rated Listed Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs) of a face value of Rs 10 lakh each on Private Placement basis in two series as follows 3,000 Series A 7.40% Secured Rated Listed Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debenture of a face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 300 crore and 3,000 Series B 7.65% Secured Rated Listed Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debenture of a face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 300 crore. The committee of Debentures of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals at its meeting held on July 22, 2022 has approved the same.
