Sterlite Technologies reports consolidated net loss of Rs 23 crore in Q1

Sterlite Technologies has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2022.

The company has reported fall of 98.48% in its net profit at Rs 2 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 132 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 13.35% at Rs 1282 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 1131 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss at Rs 23 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 107 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 20.06% at Rs 1580 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 1316 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
