XSL/SE/2022-23/14 dated June 28, 2022 and in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the Company's Securities was closed from June 30, 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said Financial Results, upto August 8, 2022.
