Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Unishire Urban Infra has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, July 29, 2022 considered the appointment of Nawal Kishore Chandak (DIN: 07107569), as a ‘NonExecutive Independent Director’ and as informed earlier Suresh Kumar Patni resigned from the post of directorship and he is no more part of the organization so in place of him Nawal Kishore Chandak (DIN: 07107569) had been appointed and board had removed Vinay Kirti Mehta from the Composition of Audit and Stakeholder Relationship Committees and in place of him Akshay Kumar Jain was inducted in the composition of the Committees, due to changes in Board, the new composition of the Committees are enclosed.
