Shree Cement reports 56% fall in Q1 consolidated net profit

Shree Cement has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2022.

The company has reported a fall of 52.31% in its net profit at Rs 315.55 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 661.72 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 16.51% at Rs 4181.11 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 3588.66 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 55.80% in its net profit at Rs 278.86 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 630.89 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 16.39% at Rs 4394.75 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 3775.94 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
