Torrent Power has acquired 3,25,10,000 equity shares of Wind Two Renergy (WTRPL) at a face value of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 32.51 crore representing 100% of paid-up capital of WTRPL from lnox Green Energy Services (formerly known as lnox Wind Infrastructure Services) (the seller). This acquisition supports the company's focus area of sustainable growth through renewable energy.
