Maxheights Infrastructure has informed that there were some clerical errors in the Report of Board of Directors of the Company in the Annual Report for the year 2021-22 uploaded on BSE Portal on Saturday, 30th July, 2022 in respect of the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, to be held on Thursday, 25th August, 2022 at 12:00 Pm through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') in conformity with the regulatory provisions and Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Therefore, the revised Annual Report 2021-22 has been enclosed. Further, The Revised Annual Report for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022 was also uploaded on the Company's Website www.maxheights.com on 30th July, 2022.
