M&M inches up on reporting 33% sales growth in passenger vehicles segment in July

Mahindra & Mahindra is currently trading at Rs. 1238.45, up by 2.10 points or 0.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 1236.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1238.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1244.20 and Rs. 1226.75 respectively. So far 17794 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1248.40 on 01-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 671.00 on 08-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1248.40 and Rs. 1127.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 153807.78 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 19.45%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 66.94% and 13.61% respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) overall auto sales for the month of July 2022 stood at 56148 vehicles. In the Utility Vehicles segment, Mahindra sold 27854 vehicles in July 2022. The Passenger Vehicles segment (which includes UVs, Cars and Vans) sold 28053 vehicles in July 2022, year on year growth of 33%.
Exports for the month were at 2798 vehicles. In the Commercial Vehicles segment, Mahindra sold 20946 vehicles in July 2022.
