Tarmat has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulations) a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 13th August, 2022, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 along with Limited Review Report thereon. Further, vide letter dated June 28th, 2022, the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
