GE Power India has informed pursuant to 29(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 09 August 2022, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2022. In compliance with Clause 9 of the 'GE Power India: Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons', the Trading Window has already been closed with effect from 01 July 2022 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the standalone and consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2022 are made public.
