Urja Global has informed that the 30th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 30th August, 2022 at 11 am and the Book closure dates for AGM purpose will be Wednesday, 24th August, 2022 to Tuesday, 30th August, 2022 both days inclusive. However, due to stoppage of Benpose Data from CDSL, it has been decided to postpone the 30th AGM and consequently the Book Closure dates would also change which was intimated vide its letter dated 27th July, 2022.
