Krishnamoorthy, Ex-Member, CERC, Ajay Kumar Mittal, CA and Mahesh Shah, Corporate Advisor on Company Law, as part-time non-official directors on the board of the company for a period of three years with effect from January 16, 2013 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
