Mahanagar Gas has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2022.
The company has reported 9.25% fall in its net profit at Rs 185.20 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 204.08 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 2-fold at Rs 1,613.19 crore in Q1FY23 as compared Rs 685.47 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
Mahanagar Gas is in the business of City Gas Distribution (CGD), supplying natural gas in the city of Mumbai including its adjoining areas and the Raigad district, in the State of Maharashtra, India.
