Apollo Tyres planning to raise funds through NCDs

Apollo Tyres is planning to raise funds through issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through private placement within the limits approved by Members in the Annual General Meeting held on July 11, 2022. The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on August 12, 2022 to consider the same.

Apollo Tyres is one of the leading tyre manufacturers in India with its product portfolio spread across tubeless and tube type tyres for cars, suvs, trucks, buses etc.
