Samvardhana Motherson International has received an approval for the issuance of Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each, for an aggregate principal amount of up to Rs 1000 crore on a private placement basis, in one or more series/ tranches. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on August 8, 2022, has approved the same.
