Halonix has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on January 18, 2013 formed a sub-committee of the following board members as its members to consider options with regard to re-structuring of the business and operations of the company. The options may inter alia include transfer business of general lighting division into a subsidiary company with an intention to achieve an eventual objective of sale of general lighting division as an independent operating business.P. P. Vora as chairman of the committee. Gurdeep Singh, member of the committee and Gurvikram Singh (Managing Director), member of the committee. Pranay Gandhi, chief financial officer will act as secretary to the committee.
