Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and based on the intimation received on August 8, 2022, from Link Intime India, the Share Transfer Agent of the Company, Hawkins Cookers has informed that the Company has received a request from Umesh Vinodrai Desai, legal heir of its shareholders, Hasmukhben Vinodrai Desai and Vinodrai Balvantrai Desai (both deceased), regarding loss of share certificates with a request for issue of duplicate share certificates in lieu thereof and transmission of the shares in his favour.
