JSW Ispat Special Products has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on August 11, 2022 with Navbharat Global Services (Navbharat) for sale and transfer of the entire shareholding of 1,42,11,363 equity shares of Rs 10 each held by the Company in Monnet Ecomaister Enviro ((MEEPL). Consequent to the sale of aforesaid equity shares held by the Company in MEEPL, MEEPL ceases to be a Joint Venture of the Company.
