Further, reference to the intimation dated June 27, 2022 under reference no. AIL/BSE/22/2022-23, regarding the closure of Trading Window, the trading window for dealing in equity share of the Company for the Designated Persons shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the aforesaid results are made Public.
