In continuation of the Company's intimation dated 4th March, 2020, regarding admission of Rajahmundry Godavari Bridge, a subsidiary of the Company for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ('NCLT'') under Section 7 of the Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code, 2016, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, AJR Infra And Tolling has informed that the Hon'ble NCLT has vide its Order dated 10 August, 2022, dismissed the Company's interlocutory application filed under Section 12A of Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The Company is in the process of filing an appeal before National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai Bench.
