Further in pursuance to the requirement of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will remain closed from Saturday, 10 September, 2022 to Friday, 16 September, 2022 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
