Singer India has informed that it enclosed the disclosures received from RARE Investments made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011, in format prescribed under the said regulations, relating to their shareholding in Singer India. The disclosure under the said regulations for the sale of shares in the open market by the Promoters -Retail Holdings India B.V had already been made to Stock Exchange on 16.08.2022 by Promoters.
