Kokuyo Camlin has informed that the share certificate mentioned in the attached letter has been lost or misplaced by the shareholder and intimation has been received by the Company for the same on 19th August, 2022. Pursuant to regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations and in terms of SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the Company shall issue 'Letter of confirmation' in lieu of 'duplicate share certificate' once all the formalities have been carried out by the shareholder and R&T Agents (Link lntime India) have confirmed the same.
