Dilip Buildcon has informed that the project 'Rehabilitation and Up-gradation to Six-Laning of Chandikhole-Bhadrak Section of NH-5 (New NH-16) from km 62.000 to km 136.500 in the State of Odisha as Hybrid Annuity mode under NHDP Phase V.' has been provisionally completed. Further, it has informed that DBL Chandikhole Bhadrak Highways is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Provisional Completion Certificate has been issued by the authority and had declared the project fit for entry into commercial operation as on July 24, 2022. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries shall be closed till 48 hours from the date the said information generally made available with the public.
