T T has entered into an agreement for sale of company’s warehouse building located at Karol Bagh, New Delhi at a sum of Rs 11 crore pursuant to shareholders approval vide Postal Ballot resolution dated August 31, 2020 authorizing Board of Directors to sell/dispose off company's warehouse building. Sale proceeds will be utilized for reduction of debts of the company.
T T is engaged in primarily one segments consisting of Textile (comprising of yarn manufacturing, Knitting, and cutting and sewing of textiles products).
