Maxheights Infrastructure has informed that the time of commencement of the meeting of the Board of Directors in the disclosure filed on 14th August, 2022 was inadvertently mentioned as 05:00 PM instead of 3:30 PM. However, in the intimation of Board Meeting filed on 7th August, 2022, under Regulation 29 of the SEBI LODR the time of commencement has been rightly mentioned as 03:30 PM. Also, in the XBRL Filings of Un-audited Financial Results, (both Standalone and Consolidated) the time of commencement of the Board meeting has been correctly mentioned as 03:30 PM. The time of conclusion of the Board meeting shall remain the same- 05:40 PM. Further, the rest of the disclosure shall also remain the same. Hence shareholders are requested to consider 03:30 PM as the time of commencement of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on Sunday, 14th August, 2022.
