Easy Trip Planners is planning to raise further capital and to create, offer, issue and allot such number of equity shares, non-convertible debt instruments along with warrants and convertible securities other than warrants, by way of qualified institutions placement, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended, and all other applicable laws, as may be considered appropriate, subject to shareholders approval and government / regulatory / statutory approvals and requirements, as applicable. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 26, 2022 to consider the same.
